Was the share or the backup drive unavailable when the task was due to begin?

Hello tellysurf,

Thank you for using [[http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/ | Acronis Corporate Products]]

Please delete the present backup plan and create a new one specifying the destination by a full UNC path (e.g. \\server\share\) instead of a mapped drive. You can also use IP address instead of the computer name.

You can also use a pre backup command to mount the mapped drive for a scheduled task:

  1. Download map.drive.txt;
  2. Follow instructions in Using Batch Files in Acronis True Image.

Thank you.

I'm thinking that the user must have deleted a folder and it failed while trying to find that folder. I looked for said folder and it was not there. I edited the job and searched through the files to be backed up, then saved the job and re-ran it and it has been running fine ever since.
