Acronis Managment Server Service is not installed

Please help I'm running a windows 7 64 bit sp1 system with Acronis Advanced Workstation 11.0.17440.
How do I get the Acronis Management Server Service installed?
Issue: When setup an new workstation and installed the full Acronis backup and recovery 11 suite. I tried to start the Acronis Management Server I get an error message to check the "Acronis Management Server Sevice" upon checking Services is no "Acronis Management Server Service" installed. Al other services are running fine. I have setup the license server and imported the licenses and run local backups but I cannot centrally manage my machines

I re-installed my operating system fresh and installed Acronis with all options selected for installation. After rebooting I tried to select "Connect to a management server" and selected the pc via its computer name and by its IP address.
