Cannot remotely install agents to Windows machines

Windows 2008 Server Standard SP2
64-bit
I was able to install the trial Acronis Management console just fine. But I cannot seem to push out any agents. I even ran everything as my domain admin account. It successfully copies the agent to the system, but fails to install. I tried on a few different windows 7 64-bit machines, made sure firewalls were off as well. Error log copied below... I am stumped.

Hi peter, i've got an exactly same problem for the trial version of this software.
Port 25001, 445, 9876 are all opened in both side. \\computer_name\admin$ is reachable from local, username & password are correct.
I've tried pushing the agent from my cloud server to many different workstations and servers, it all ended up with the same error message.
I've searched and tried many solutions now. I just want pull my hair off. It's not working!.

Hi Peter, thanks for your info.
My understanding is we havn't started the installation, it's on the stage to establish the connection with remote workstation/server.
If you can find the attached screenshot, you should understand what i am talking about. On the remote installation wizard, we are able to click next to select components to install on the remote server only if the connection with remote server has been estabilished and passed throught.
There is no error related to Acronis in the Event view.

As you can see in your provided screenshot, you have an error code at the bottom of every error message. This error code is used for our Smart Error Reporting.
I take a look to the screenshot and there was a message: Windows OS expected.
Can you ensure, that the machines, you want to install remote are running a valid Windows OS? At your account I only can see one license. Are you are using a full product license or one of the registered trial versions?

Hi Peter, 2 servers on the screenshot were Windows 2008 R2 Std and Windows 2003 Ent Server. They are all Windows OS with latest service pack.
I am not too sure about the license, but i believe we do have valid trail license. Please find the attached screenshot. I am not sure whether i should get a valid license for the agent, but i have never had one.

Thank you for the reply.
Using Acronis Trial versions, you should be able to install unlimited Acronis Agents. You also are able getting support. The most common issues running remote installation are:
- missing rights (you should use a domain admin every time: domain\user) or
- active firewall, blocking the ports or (see Firewall Settings for Acronis Products)
- an antivirus program, stopping the remote installation (disable on target during installation).
