What's wrong with " Acronis Loader..."
I just bought a HP laptop, OS is window7 home premium, on Thanksgiving Day. I use the "Acronis True Image 2010" to backup the OS.
While it is basically OK to backup and recoverry the machine with OS of windowsXP, I never succeeded in recovering for the new machine with window7 as OS.
During the recovering, it needs to reboot. It does reboot, but after displaying "Starting Acronis Loader..." it deadlocked!
Is there a way to solve this problem? Thanks!

Yumin, try the Recovery from the bootable Rescue CD. You need to know that this CD will work anyway as this is how you will recover IF your hard drive dies.

Hello all!
First of all please accept our apologies for the delay with the response. And thank you for taking your time to report about the issue.
Most probably there was a glitch on creating the Acronis Bootable Rescue Media - anyway the OS doesn't play any role here: we do not deal with it when booting from the CD.
I would like to ask you to download our Acronis Bootable Rescue Media from your account here (see screenshot attached) and burn in onto the CD. We recommend you to refer to the following article if you are not familiar with ISO burning.
I would appreciate if you could try it and tell me the result either here or via PM with the results so that we could assist you further should anything go wrong.
Thank you!
