[RESOLVED] Acronis VE. Backups hangs at 75% completion for several days

Hi.
I have Hyper-V server with configured backup plans for hosted virtual machines. Everything worked fine for several months, but now when I try to start plan manually or by schedule it hangs at 75% completion.
I can't stop it with management console and also can't stop MMS service, so last resort - terminating process mms.exe.
In logs i see that backup (data backup) is completed successful and hangs up Data cataloging.
A part of backup plans configured for destination on SMB folder (Linux), and a part to Tape storage, and this issue repeats no mater where to backup.

In order to get a more detailed view, I want to ask you to provide more information about the situation:

  • Can you export the log with the error and upload it here?
  • What host and client operating systems are used?
  • Have you checked the Windows event logs from your host? Are there also errors logged (not for Acronis events only)?
  • What kind of vaults you are using? (personal, centralized unmanaged, centralized managed)

Please put the exported log xml file into a zip archive before uploading it to this forum.
