Password issue
I have just upgraded (with difficulty) to TI 2013 on a Win XP machine. Finally success. Now i have an issue with Syncronization Tab. The first time you go to this tab it asks for email and password. Fine, then it shows Sync options. Great, but now i have restarted TI 2013 and it will not accept my email or password giving error message. I have tried resetting the password and then tried giving a longer period for the password reset. Also tried full machine reboot. No success. All the time i can logon to Acronis site with no problems. Help?

J'ai exactement le même problème que Fred 65.
Je voudrais supprimer une synchronisation qui ne me convient pas et je ne peux pas accéder à l'onglet correspondant à cause de cette erreur au moment de la connexion. J'ai même réinitialisé le mot de passe sans succès

The exact message is: "wrong credentials specified for connection to acronis cloud. please sign out and sign in again." When i click on the view log / error message i get "user name or password is incorrect"
Yes, TI 2013 does everything else fine.
