Full backup "back up now" button missing

Thread needs solution

I went to update my full backup and see the full backup "back up now" button is missing. A screen shot is attached. What has happened, and how do I proceed? This is True Image Home build 5808 running on Windows 7 Home premium. The backup drive is an external USB 2.0, 1 GB, with 627 GB of space available.

Edit: I believe I have to use the recreate backup option as the backup might have been from TIH2012. I am trying that now.

Tom,

Where did you get build 5808, is it a special build for you or the current released build for your language version?

The backup now button will not exist if the archive was not made by 2013 and no current task belongs to it.

I'm running TIH 2013 Plus Pack. The build number came from help>about. I'm not running a special build.

I realized after I posted that I ended up having to do a complete uninstall and cleanup of TIH 2012, which is what the last full disk backup was created with. I wasn't expecting button to disappear, rather that it might be grayed-out instead. I found the "Recreate backup settings" option by right clicking on the backup in question. It appears that it is a context sensitive menu, whose options change depending on the status of the backup.

I recreated the backup settings, and the it appears to have successfully performed a new backup.
