Problem with Secure Zone

Thread needs solution

My SZ is inaccessible (showing a red "X"). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the product but SZ is still inaccessible, it won't let me save a backup there. When I uninstalled I asked for the SZ to be redistributed, but that doesn't seem to have happened as it's still there. Can anyone advise what I can do to get it working again please?

You should try to delete the Acronis secure zone and recreate it if you insist on have an Acronis secure zone. Alternatively, you can create a normal NTFS partition to store your backups. You can use a product like EASUS partition manager (free) to create this partition.
