Nonstop backup is no longer "non-stop"

Thread needs solution

Every time I look in the system tray, the icon reads "Nonstop backup is stopped". I can start it, but it just stops again. I only noticed this about a week ago.

NSB could stop because:
- it is running out of space on the target disk,
- it has not been able to complete consolidation for a long time. Leaving the computer on for 24 hours should take care of it,
- some software issue.

This article describes some behaviors of Non-Stop backup in older versions of True Image, but may pertain to 2012 as well.
Not a solution, but information about Non-Stop backup behavior.
