Hi.
I try install Acronis True Image 2013 build 5051 in trial mode on notebook Acer 5920G with Windows 8 x64 bit system. Then run installed True Image on Windows and activating options on "F11" key.
After rebooting I am using options Startup Recovery Manager(by pressing "F11" key). I see image with menu and select "True Image". Then i see "Acronis, loading..." and that is all !? I am waiting 30 minutes and no more happend. Acronis Recovery Manager after pressing "F11" not loading on my machine.
Adding...
I try booting on Acronis Recovery CD (created by acronis standart Wizard). Result - nothing.
Acronis Recovery Manager don't loading from standart recovery CD.
Please can you help me?

I am reading this link and try install this Hotfix but this is not resolve my problem.
Acronis steel not loading properly afterI aplied this patch.
Any suggestions?

Be sure to de-activate the F11 Acronis Startup Recovery Manager, and then re-active it, to have the changes in the hotfix applied to the F11 ASRM. Also new Rescue Media (CD/DVD/UDB Flash) would need to be created to contain the hotfix as well.

I recreate and reactivate Acronis Startup Manager. Reboot notebook and try loading by pressing "F11", but after that manipulation nothing happens. Acronis recovery not working. Writing rescue media on CD/DVD(by using Acronis Wizard) I am not probe after this hotfix.
Steel have problem...

It is possible that the Acronis Rescue Media does not properly support the Mobile Intel® PM965 Express chipset or the NVIDIA® GeForce® 8600M GT video hardware.

Since you would not be able to use the Rescue Media or F11 ASRM to perform a restore/recovery, I would suggest that you contact Acronis support here: www.acronis.com/support/contact-us.html and open a support case directly with them.

Support for restore/recovery is performed at no charge.

Please see the attached screen capture of the support page (after logging in and selecting True Image 2013) and note the circled section. Please select the Recovery Issue "click here" and the options for chat and email will then become available for you to use.
