ATIH 2013 paid for and has now disappeared from my account.....
I paid for an upgrade from 2012 to 2013 at the end of last year. This has now disappeared from my account. Consequently all the options within support to contact Acronis to sort this out have greyed out as the site thinks my support cover has expired. I've just had to reinstall windows and now can't access my files within the 2013 disk image I have as I'm told I don't have "permission". Whether this is because I am trying to access an image made using 2013 via a 2012 interface I don't know. Understandably this is very frustrating....can anyone help please?

I'm still struggling with this I'm afraid. I've uninstalled 2012 now and reinstalled 2013. I managed to mount my disk image and the padlock symbol disappeared from my user name. But when I tried to access my user name files in windows explorer everything virtually stopped. The green progress bar went very slowly across the address bar nearly reaching the end and stopped there with the "busy" symbol circling away. Eventually I cancelled it, closed windows explorer and Acronis and restarted Windows, ran Acronis as Administrator and tried remounting the image only to get an error message saying the image was already mounted. But I can't see it. It doesn't show in windows explorer. How do I resolve this?

First of all try running a repair install of 2013, if that doesn't solve your problem, you migth have to download the Acronis 2013 Cleaner, run it, reboot and the reinstall 2013. It is possible that not all of the 2012 components were updated when you installed 2013.
