Insufficient Storage error on Backup
We our having issue with Acronis failing to complete a backup to our external drives. The error does not seem to occur when the schedule is run manually. There is plenty of free storage internally and externally.

We have already looked at this article. The VSS Snapshot feature has been disabled. The OS on the machine is server 2008 R2, however these articles seem to indicate that these changes are for a Windows 2003 Server machine. Do you have any articles pertaining to server 2008?
Please advise.

Before contacting support, you can try to run 'vssadmin list writers' to check if it was caused by some VSS writer, or try to backup to storage other that external drive. It's strange though if manually run task succeed.

There appears to be no errors when running the command. attached is a screenshot of the output.

Since our support subscription was out, we decided to upgrade to the latest version of Acronis Backup and Recovery. The logs may be slightly different and my hope is that they will allow for a easier diagnosis of the root cause.
Attached is the exported XML log.
