System crashed due to snapman.sys

Thread needs solution

Really annoying that since I purchased this in Decemeber my free support has run out and I can not even submit a bug report.

WhoCrashed has anazlyed my blue screen death as below. Note I am using Windows 7 64 bit.

Any update on this? What specifically is causing this crash?

I am getting sporadic BSODs with Acronis TIH. The BSOD stop code is 0x7e.

The problem cleared for me. I don't know if it was one of the very infrequent updates by Acronis or another program that was causing it. I do know that I will happily switch to another backup program that offers the same features. The lack of ability to even enter a bug report after the first month of ownership makes Acronis a very poor choice of software provider for me.

Buyer beware!

I give the backup program 4 of 5 stars on features, 3 of 5 stars on reliability and 1 of 5 stars on corporate services.
