Acronis Rescue Media cannot see USB drives

As a test I created a Acronis Rescue Media CD to ensure I could recover if my C: drive failed.

I can boot from the CD, but some error message appears too fast to write down, a something missing message. It does continue however.

When I try to access a tlb backup, it does see all the partitions on my 2hard drives. I have a Drobo - USB connected drive system that contains all my backups. Under a normal boot, this has a P:, Q: and R: drive. Acronis only sees the P: drive and shows no data on it.
