Housekeeping Acronis Backup problem.

Thread needs solution

Hi all,

I having problem in managing my backup using acronis, i stuck in the middle of doing backup housekeeping. My situation is:

My NAS is full with backup Acronis image. I want to clear my existing backup on NAS storage.
I have copy manually the physical backup and delete from the NAS.
In acronis interface my NAS/ Vault still showing full.
i have try to delete the archive but fail.
I unable transfer back the physical file into the NAS becoz is still indicate that the storage is full.

Need help and feed back to clear my NAS.

Need more screenshots - the most interesting will be on the 'Logs' tab in the currently open dialog, there will be several entries, some of them with red icon. View their details or save them all to file.

Also, in this part -

- what was there before and which did you copy back and which deleted ? You may try to refresh the vault view using 'refresh' button. Note that there is also a meta (.xml) file that now is not in sync with actual content because you deleted some files manually.

i have delete the Archive(1)_2012_10_02_14_22_59_798D.TIB and refresh many times. but still no update.
Then NAS is still showing full usage. How to clear the meta(.xml)? and refresh the NAS space?
