BIOS Upgrade Cause PE Media Build to Fail

Running Acronis Snap Deploy 4 (4.0.540)

We have an image we created using PE Media. We use it for a specific model of laptop. The Dell Vostro 3360. It has been working great.

On one of the systems I updated the BIOS from A04 to A09 prior to running the image. Now the image fails.

It boots to the PXE Server
Begins Copying Windows Files
Then gives a BSOD saying "The BIOS is not fully ACPI compliant"

Anybody see this before?

It sounds like something in your BIOS has changed.

I would check the IDE / ACHI settings, check anything turned off and turned on. I would start by resetting everything to default and then start turning things on / off one by one to get everything properly configured.
