"The Feed Cannot Be Found"

Thread needs solution

My computer had some work done on it, and now Acronis won't sync. I have tried deleting the sync and making a new one, but keep getting the error "The feed cannot be found". I don't know what a feed is, so I don't understand the error, and after several hours of looking for the informaiton, I can find nothing about this error. Any ideas?

Thank you. I already read the post that you referenced but it didn't help at all. There is no explanation of what a "feed post" is, and no explanation of how to resolve the problem.

Any ideas?

In the thread, its mentioned that a network issue can cause the problem you describe.

The link referred to in the reply provides instructions for generating a system report which might help in the diagnosis of your issue.

I have also set up (and re-setup) a new sync- My pictures folder to be shadowed on another local disc. I've seen lots of references to this problem but no resolution.

1) what is the nature of this error - in the context of two local drives
2) how is it resolved?

Also, very dissapointed that after buying full licence I don't even qualify for email support!!!
