Acronis True Image Home 2011 won't start

It's hard to say for sure due to the lack of sufficient diagnostic information, but it looks like the hardware requirements issue. Please check the requirements for the Acronis True Image Home 2011 here.

Should your laptop meet the requirements, but the issue remain, please gather the following diagnostic data: 

1. Procmon
2. Userdump
3. Acronis Info

submit a case with the information attached, and let us know it's number.

I had to reinstall windows with updated drivers, it was a brand new laptop so it wasn't really a pain, I believe it was a problem with a driver for the laptop.

Thanks for the reply. I was lucky then :) I only had to run windows update then reboot and it came back.

Is it possible to do a complete uninstall i.e. remove all traces of ATIH and then try reinstalling again? If so how do I do a complete uninstall??
