Which aspects of ATI2013 would be affected by the following change please:

NtfsDisableLastAccessUpdate - Disabling Date and Time Stamp Updating of the hard drives.

I've found this helps performance when gaming.

I guess none. If some folder directory listing was backed up before when some file from it was read (and thus have its last access time updated) now it won't because nothing changed. It doesn't affect files that actually change.
