Thread needs solution

After using this product for months, and thinking it was doing what it was supposed to do, tonight I found a corrupted file that needed replacing. Unfortunately, despite hundreds of gigs in backup, I get an error stating I need to reinstall the entire program.

Bill,

Are you able to recover your file via the recovery CD?

If you have the installer just run a repair install, though it seems strange it has managed to make images but has a problem restoring them.

It is possible a Windows update or a utility update has corrupted one of the TI DLLs.
