Cant see the right Licence

Hello,

Im having troubles installing Acronis B&R10 on a 2003 server. I've installed the licence server + a valid licence key. Now i'm trying to install B&R agent, but when its contacting the licence server it says it cant find an appropriate licence for the current operating system. Its 100% a valid key.

The thing is, we had to unsintall acronis from this server a few days ago due to some problems, so it has been installed before. But now we cant get it back on the server again. I have tried installing the licence server on a different server but that doesnt help either.

I've attatched 2 screenshots.
Anyone got a few tips for me?

The license you have is an addon only. The base license is 'Acronis Backup & Recovery advanced server' without 'Universal Restpre' part.
