Backup name with random letters and numbers

Thread needs solution

I searched this issue but couldn't quite nail the appropriate search tags. If it is already responded in a post please direct me to a link.

I have an online backup named 4CE3F6AE745C0C41A3[...] with what appears to be random letters and numbers. I believe this appeared after an unsuccesful online backup attempt. What is it and why does it keep appearing every now and then?

cheers

This relates to a True Image temporary file, and often appears with standard imaging when a task has been interrupted.

In the case of OLB this can appear if OLB fails due to heavy traffic to the server or basically the internet fails. If it actually apeears in your list of backups, it can and should be deleted and you might find you will need to make a new OLB task, in order to stop TI from making new ones with the temporary file name.

Note for users who have set up a Secure Zone on their hard drive, all tib images have a GUID type name when looking in Windows Explorer.
