Sync issue

Thread needs solution

I downloaded a trial of Acronis True Image 2013. When I launch it, on the bottom of the window is the message "Your subscription to Acronis Cloud will expire in 3 days." The Backup and recovery, Synchronization and Tools and utilities are all grayed out. Only the Get started tab is active.

When I click on "You have new syncs" at the bottom of the window, it prompts me for my username and password. I enter them and then come back to the same screen asking for my username and password.

How can I get to the grayed out BAckup and recovery tab?

Have you input your serial number into the software and have you registered your seiral numbe with ACronis

I have been using the product for about 27 days without any problems. I think I have 3 days left on the trial. I put in my serial number into the software. I am not sure if I registered it with Acronis. How could I know?

Visit your personal account and it will display any serial registered by you.

Thank you. I just registered the trial version serial number. However, upon launching True Image 2013, the Backup and Recovery tab is still grayed out. When I click the Sync link on the bottom of the Acronis window, my login credentials are requested. I input them, but then I am reverted back to the screen asking for my credentials again.

I was able to get in touch with support and they told me the trial had expired. I apparently had installed it on April 22 and it expired on April 19. I found this confusing because the program's home window stated that I had time remaining on Acronis Cloud, which I never remembered installing, so I assumed that it perhaps came with Acronis 2013 and was therefore linked in the days I had left.
Moreover, when I would log in to the support page, it would state that I had until May 5 remaining, but support tells me that is because I only registered the product on April 5, and so it counts starting from then.
