ABRVE 11.0.17440 - Task Stuck Running

If I go to "All machines with agents" -> highlight AcronisESXAppliance -> Backup plans and tasks only one of the servers listed shows a "Last finish time".

If I drill into one of the servers and go to Progress it shows as 51% complete. This task is stale and I have not been able to remove it.

I attempted to solve this problem per: http://kb.acronis.com/content/24511

The job does not show up as an activity. I can only see it running from the Progress tab. No variations of machine name seem to remove it. This server is not getting backed up.

I am extremely frustrated with how unreliable and troublesome this product is.

I've been looking at this more and decided to restart the esxi virtual appliance as I thought maybe that would help stop the task. The appliance says "Starting Acronis Managed Machine Service..." and "Waiting for Acronis Managed Machine Services to start...". It has been saying this for almost an hour. I suspect it will stay like that. I suspect I will not get any backups now.
