Email backup does not work

Hello yesterdag i did by the upgrade version True Image 2013,
After installing with the keys of my older version TI 2013 and the key for TI 2013 the program works oke for coplete backups and for selected files.
But backup for E mail does not work , i get an error indication and the folder for the e mail backup is empty (ofcourse)
On my Acronis account i only see mee registereerd version of TI2010 and not the resitereerd version of TI2013 wich i did buy yesterday.

I have 2 accounts on my windows 7 pc with ofcourse different mailaccounts, if i make an E mail backup is this backup for both accounts? or only of the one on wich i am logged in

You need to register the 2013 serial number to your Acronis account, in the box where it says 'Product Registration'.

What is the error message you get?

Are you using Outlook or Windows Live Mail?

The email backup will be for the account that you have logged into. However, the way to capture all your email accounts is to make a normal files and folders backup that just has the Outlook/Live Mail PST or OST file in it.
