ATI 2010 Build 6.053 loss/delete the last volume

Thread needs solution

Hi,
On my XP-PRO-SP3, I create a task full backup (name: System_D_@date@_@time@.tib).
After the first run i see and I can open it without errors:
System_D_07_12_2009_16h34m.tib
System_D_07_12_2009_16h34m2.tib
System_D_07_12_2009_16h34m3.tib
System_D_07_12_2009_16h34m4.tib
Later, I restart the same task, ATI create a new set like as example: System_D_07_12_2009_17h6m.tib,..m2,...m3,...m4:i can open it without errors BUT on the first set (16,34) was deleted the last volume, and of course the backup is not more available !!!!!
Someone can me help ?
Thanks
Luciana

I had the same thing happen with the build 6053 rescue media from downloaded .iso, but I have not been able to replicate it with the rescue media made from the installed program (with the new SnapAPI drivers). I also tried it with the program installed and could not replicate. Have you installed the SnapAPI driver update?
I can't think why this would make a difference imaging from the rescue media, but I'm no expert.
Also, you might try putting your image, once made and verified, into a folder of its own. I seem to remember reading in the manual that this makes Acronis start a new full image even if you were doing incrementals, so maybe it wouldn't overwrite the last section that way. The last section seems to be what it looks for when opening an image, even if you click on the first part or whatever...

Problem solved with:
1) unistall ATI 2010 Build 6.053
2) reboot
3) remove all entrys (search key: "acronis") in the register
4) install ATI 2010 Build 6.029
Now run all fine !
