No mouse in Boot Media Acronis 2013
Hello, my motherboard is a ASUS Z87 Deluxe/Dual and when I boot with Acronis 2013 CDBoot my mouse and Keyboard not work. I have a Logitech Performance Mouse MX and Logitech Keyboard K800, both of them USB. I change all USB options in motherboard BIOS but the mouse not work.
Please help.

All builds of 2013 work with USB mice. The issue is the current build with many wireless mice and keyboards. I'm just guessing that perhaps your issue is related to that. If you try a different mouse and keyboard, they may work.

There have been some reports of USB connected mice and keyboards that do not work with the 2013 Rescue Media.
One suggestion would be to try different ports in case the ports themselves are not supported correctly.
I have used 2012 build 7133 Rescue Media to restore 2013 .tib files. (I know this may not be an option for you if you don't have 2012).
If you have both 5551 and 6514 builds of 2013, try both versions. One may work.
Additionally, the build 6528 Rescue Media ISO of 2013 is available from support (open a case as a recovery issue and there will be no charge) that may also help.
If you have any other USB mice or keyboards, give a different set a try.

"...my motherboard is a ASUS Z87 Deluxe/Dual and when I boot with Acronis 2013 CDBoot my mouse and Keyboard not work."
I found out the problem is with the eXtensible Host Controller Interface (xHCI)
There are 2 ways to make it work on ASUS Sabertooth Z87 motherboard ( Or any other I guess) and both assume you have a bootable LINUX media:
1)
Go to the motheboard Bios configuration and select:
Advanced --> USB Configuration and disable xHCI. IE:
Intel xHCI --> DISABLED
The problem with this configuration is you wont be able to use USB 3 at full speed.
2)
At the initial Acronis boot screen, press [F11]
You should see the option "quiet" already there.
Add a space and write down: "nousb3" without the quotes.
Although this option is not documented, it works for me.
Important to note that Linux options added before the bootable media is written, DON'T WORK.
Seems they are not kept as never show when [F11] is pressed. Only the default "quiet" option shows.
Hope this works for you, because Acronis suggestion to use WinPE is not acceptable.
Buying this application to end up using a third party utility with a size over 1 GB to fix it, doesn't seem like a solution.
If that was the case, why paying Acronis? In my case I could have used AOMEI Partition Assistant, which is FREE and works great.
