Vmprotect 7 upgrade to vmprotect 8

Thread needs solution

Hi

When I try to upgrade from Acronis Vmprotect 7 to version 8 it asks me for a password to connect to the virtual appliance. Only a password, no username.

Any idea what this password needs to be?

I have attached a picture of the prompt.

Hello Andy,

Please power off the virtual appliance and try to install Acronis vmProtect 8 again.
