Discrepancy in Date/Time of Updated File in the Cloud

Thread needs solution

When I check my backup of an Outlook pst file in the Acronis Cloud after an update, I see a date on the file that is several hours after the date on the file on my computer. For example, right now the pst file on my computer says it was updated today (6/22) at 5:24 PM Eastern Standard Time (Washington DC area) but the copy on the cloud says it was updated today at 9:24 PM. Given that discrepancy, I don't really know if the file got backed up or not. If I start the application and do a manual sync, I get the right date. Has anyone had a similar experience? Know what is happening? For example, when Acronis updates the file aumatically, is it using the time in a different time zone? Note that the minutes are the same, but the online version indicates it was made 4 hours later than the time that I last updated the file! Thanks in advance for any help on this issue.

I believe that either there is a buglet whereby GMT/UST is used or somehow the time date takes on the date/time of the cloud server, which of course might be nowhere near where you live.

I'm not saying this is defintely the problem, but in the past there have been 'time translations', which I thought had been fixed.
