Can't install on my Windows 8 computer

I am trying to install True Image 2013 on my Dell Inspiron computer. It is running on Windows 8. I insert the DVD in my computer and try to install. It tells me there is an update so I say go ahead and update. When it comes back and asks me for the Serial Code I enter it in it's entirety. I never get the NEXT button to highlight so I can't go to the next step in the install process. On your website you say you support Windows 8 so what gives here? What do I have to do to install it? I installed it on my Windows 7 machine with no problem. I am supposed to be able to use it on up to 5 computers so I should be able to install it on my other computer. Please help. Very frustrating.

If next button is not active it means the serial number is incorrect. Did you register it in your Acronis account ( just to check it's valid)? If it was a retail box it may have 16-digit SN instead of 64- and you need to get the full one on the Acronis site as well

try to do the installation without a update.. and make sure that you have started it as administrator
