Restoring of foo@bar.com results in PST with content of foo@bar2.com
We use ARB 11.5 Build 37608
I have tried to restore a complete Mailbox (foo@bar.com) to a PST on a Hosted Exchange 2010 Server. But as a result, we got a PST with the content of a different mailbox (foo@bar2.com). I also tried a third Mailbox (foo@bar3.com), which also result in the same file (foo.pst with foo@bar2.com)
Next test was a restore of foo2@baz.com. There is also a foo2@baz2.com on the server. Again, we get a PST with foo2@baz2.com, no matter which foo2@ we restore.
Now i tried to restore the inbox only. Still i get the wrong Content.
Next try: I selected a folder, which only exists in foo@bar.com. I got this error:
Befehl 'Microsoft Exchange-Postfächern wiederherstellen' ist fehlgeschlagen.

Hello MG,
Thank you for your reply.
In order to run the product correctly, you need to apply the MS Exchange Hotfix. Also on this MS Exchange server itself, no MS Outlook should be installed.
Did you recover from a mailbox backup or from a information store backup?
If you need additional assistance, please create a system report of the affected machine and contact support. You will find all available support options in our Customer handbook.
If there is anything else we can do for you, please let me know.
Thank you.

Hello Peter Vigoureux
I just have applied the hotfix, though I don't think it will affect the restore procedure because this MAPI "hotfix" seems to be only for SP3 compatibility. And of course, there is no Outlook installed on the Exchange Server itself! For the option "machine with outlook 2003 or newer..." I chose our Server with AMS installed. For this matter there is also an Outlook 2010 installed.
Just finnished another restore from a mailbox backup - it's still not working.
Kind regards

Hello Peter Vigoureux
I have an open ticket now. Support could reproduce it on our environment, but had no solution.
Kind regards

Well, after many ourch with the support and several teamvierwer sessions to reproduce the problem, I was now told there is no support for a multi-tenancy environment aka /hosting. Would be nice to know that earlier - that would save us much time and money.
Also it won't be supported in measurable time, ony two open tickets regarding such a restore issue. Acronis offered us a refunding of our licenses.
