What build of 2010 do you have? Help-->About. I'm running build 7046.

You might want to logon to your Acronis account and download the latest build of ATIH-2010. I have it installed on both 32-Bit and 64-Bit Windows-7 with no problems. The latest build for ATIH-2010 is 7160.

Thanks for replies. I purchased ATI 10H in 2008 and have just installed original CD on to newly acquired W7 64bit. Can't find any build no. for my ATI 10. Followed above reply and Downloaded update 7160 but as I clicked thru the Install screens I got request for 64 character Ser No. I used the 25 character from the CD but this was rejected.

John, did you register ATIH-2010 with Acronis? If you did, you can signon to your Acronis account and get the key you should use. Here's how... After you've signed on, click where it says "You have x registered products" (where "x" is the number of products you have registered), then click the button that says "Get All Serials". That will download a file named "serials.txt", and will have the key you should use.

ATI 10 is not the same as ATI 2010. If you purchased in 2008, it is definitely not ATI 2010. ATI 10 does not support Windows 7.
Also, ATI 2010 does not support USB 3.0. That has been an issue for some users, who want the higher speed of USB 3.0. The first version to support USB 3.0 is ATI 2011.

Thanks again guys, I plead guilty to conflating ATI 10 with ATI 2010. I tried Paul A's advice and obtained a key but it was the same 25 character that I already had and which didn't work. I think I shall sign up for Acronis latest offer and see if they can update my ATI 10 to ATI 2013 for the same modest price. Your time and advice is appreciated Thanks, JW.
