Is it possible to recover from backup of UEFI installed OS?

Hi guys

i was wondering that is it possible to restore from a UEFI based installed OS?

i installed a fresh windows 8 based on a UEFI installation.And i started backing up as incremental.

is it possible to restore from UEFI based backups?

PS: Because of UEFI i have

100 MB EFI System Partition

300 MB Recovery Partition

and the rest is my C partition.

Yes, UEFI/GPT configuration are supported by Acronis True Image.

You might need the bootable medium Build 6528. You can get it ( after registering your product) from your Acronis-account, where you can download the ISO it is Buid 6528 although it shows Build 6514 on the site

No, not really!! I have a HP Spectre XT laptop which has no DVD drive. I created a USB recovery disk. It could not boot in UEFI!! I had to enable legacy boot, then press F9 to display bootable list and select USB boot. Because of that reason, ATI 2014 cannot run restore from windows.
