Clone Disk with True Image 014
I'm entering this here as it's the only support option that is available to me. I found the clone disk function of ATI 2014 and decided that I should clone my system disk so that I had a clone in case of any problems. I tried the cloning operation three times. Each time it started and was calculating the amount of time it would take and it would quit and say that the reason would be in the log file. I looked at the logs and the only log entries were for my regular backups. I took the system report in case it is useful, but don't have any other diagnostics as to why the Cloning operation failed. I was cloning a nominal 500 GB (465 GB Disk) to another nominal 500 GB disk, so I can't imagine what the problem was. The system report is attached. Please help.

1. I have a beta version, but how do I do the right thing and report possible issues?
2. I'm not sure why that's the case (if it is), and if so it should be noted. After reading your same response to someone else, I looked into your solution and somewhere along the way to making the bootable media, it asked about command line parameters. That seems even more problematical, and I'm not sure what command line parameters are available or where to find them.

It has been noted many times by me and other MVPs.
I don't believe I mentioned command line parameters. They are not normally needed.
