Acronis True Image 2014 BARTPE/WINPE not work ?

Add the following line to the inf file:

0x1, "Acronis\GlobalComponents", "snapapi.dll", "x:\Windows\system32\snapapi.dll"

I don't think 2013 will restore backups made with 2014.

I forgot to mention you need to add the line to the [Software.AddReg] section with the other lines that mention "CommonComponents".

I haven't tested BartPE. I did look at the inf file and compared it to the registry in a working WinPE made with the Acronis ISO Builder. That line was the only thing I could see missing in the BartPE inf file. Without that line my MustangPE plugin gave the same error screen you are getting. When I added the line my plugin worked.

Is not worked my old Acronis plugin 2013 is worked nice !!! Is the backup from ATI 2014 compatible to ATI 2013 ???

When I get a chance, I'll build a BartPE disk with the Acronis plugin and let you know if I get it woking.

In the meantime please follow the link in my signature and download MustangPE and the Ti 2014 plugin. It is tested and working with TI 2014 build 5560.

Thank you for your helps i will ATI 2014 works in my BartPe/PeBuilder !!! ;-)

I built a BartPE disk using XPE. I did nothing to the plugin. It worked fine on the first try. It would appear Acronis did a good job writing the plugin.

Things for you to check:

Open a command prompt in BartPE and issue
net start fltsrv
net start snapman

Have the two above services been started? If not, check your upper filters in BartPE. They should include fltsrv.

The last plugin processed in BartPE with upper filters will overwrite the filters. Make sure you process the TI 2014 plugin last. If you have more than one plugin using upper filters, use the z_UpperFilters plugin to control them.

Try making a BartPE disk with all your plugins except TI 2014 disabled. Does that work?

It could also be possible that XPE or even one of my other plugins provided something the TI 2014 plugin needs.

Let me know how you make out.

I just downloaded a fresh copy of BartPE. I built an disk with no changes except I added the TI 2014 plugin. It works!

There is something wrong on your end. Sorry I can't help you any more with this problem.

Acronis Disk Director Home 11 plugin + Acronis True Image 17 plugin = NOT WORKED
Acronis Disk Director Home 11 plugin + Acronis True Image 16 plugin = WORKED NICE

Im must clomplette in the Acronis Disk Director Home 11 plugin cmplette linkpath repair !!!

The Disk Director plugin overwrote snapman.sys with an older version. I thought that may be what was happening. That's why I suggested to have the TI plugin process last. You can do this by changing the name of the TI plugin from acronis to z_acronis. I would expect that the DD plugin would continue to work.

I have copy driver folder from ATI plugin in DD plugin and tested all OK SUPER PUH Yep HURRA !!!
