B&R 10 Boot CD - Server restarts unexpectedly

Hallo zusammen,

ich möchte Daten von unserem LTO4 Band wiederherstellen. Da der Server das Band leider nicht erkennt, obwohl das Backup erfolgreich abgeschlossen hatte und die Verifikation ebenfalls erfolgreich war.
Nun habe ich es auf einem anderen Server mit der Boot CD von Backup & Recovery 10 probiert. Hier wird das Archiv nach dem Durchsuchen des Bandes auch erkannt. Es ist ein Archiv mit einer Dateisicherung, keine Partitionssicherung. Da ich nur ein paar einzelne Dateien benötige, möchte ich die Wiederherstellungs-Quell-Dateien ändern. Während des Durchsuchens nach Dateien in dem Archiv startet der Server unerwartet neu.

Wie komme ich nun an die Daten?

Ich habe auch bereits versucht, die Daten auf einem anderen Server mit Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 wiederherzustellen. Hier wird das Band und das Archiv auch erkannt, aber auf das Archiv kann ich nicht zugreifen.

Es handelt sich bei allen Versionen um die aktuellste Version, die ich herunterladen konnte.

I want to recover data from our LTO4 tape. Because the server does not recognize the tape unfortunately, even though the backup was successful and that verification was also successful.

Unfortunately, in your description there are not enough details to propose any solutions.

Which version of the software have you used to create the backup? What do you mean under "the server does not recognize the tape"? Do you receive any error message while recovery attempt?

Please prepare answers for all this questions and contact Acronis Support. Since the problem seems to be system specific, and Acronis gives warranty support for recovery issues, it is better to carry out an investigation within a support case.

its the version 13762 of Backup & Recovery 10.
With "the server does not recognize the tape" I mean that the server didn't detect the tape. I try it very often, but the software didn't detect it. I did'nt receive any error message. The software searched and searched but it didn't find it.

I burned the boot cd again and starts another try with it. Now the server didn't crashed, the server freezes only at the same time.

At the boot cd and at Backup & Recovery 11 the tape founded as an automatically generated archive.

This problem is at two or three tapes I tested.

The problem persists. Nobody who can help us?
It happens on three servers with four boot cds and three tapes.
