OK button disabled

Thread needs solution

Finally was able to install 2014 after uninstalling 2013 and I ran into 2 issues. Here is one of them.

Here are the steps I took.
1. Backup my settings
2. Uninstalled 2013.
3. Reboot
4. Install 2014
5. Reboot
6. Import settings
7. Can't modify anything as the OK button never is enabled, even after making changes.

I've added things to the list, removed things from the list, even changed what is backed up, and nothing makes the OK button enabled.

I've tried rebooting again and again, and I still can't modify it. I also made a new backup, and I still can't click OK. I also ran a repair of the installation. GRR

What happens if you uninstall everything, then reinstall, make the exceptions, save them and then import the 2013 settings?

I assume from your post that this machine didn't have the beta version of 2014 on at any time.

Haven't tried that yet, that will only solve the issue about adding exceptions. The exceptions are not the only screen the OK button is disabled, it's all of them. And no, 2014 beta was never installed on this computer, ever. Update to come when I try that later.

Thanks

The screenshot shows this to be online backups. Is this correct?
