Recovering image to a vm in hyper v

Thread needs solution

ABR 11.5 Advanced server SBS edition
I am recovering a system image to a virtual machine using Hyper V.
Created a vm with a 500GB hard drive.
The image is of a 465GB volume.
OS being recovered is SBS 2003 with exchange.
Boot from bootable cd to bootable recovery agent.
The network is configured with a legacy nic and can see the network from the recovery environment.
Select recover > select data > nav to folder with backup image > can see Archive(1).
Can see volumes.
MBR > Disk 1
Basic
NTFS (C) Pri,Act 443.2GB 95.3GB free
Click ok
Where to recover > recover to disk 1 master boot record > disk 1 basic 500GB
NT signature > recover from backup
Recover NTFS (C) to... > unallocated 500GB
Task > recovery options > Default
Universal restore > Use
Automatic driver search > On > add folder with drivers > drivers for host 2k8r2-x64 sata raid
Click ok and restore runs for about 4 seconds then ends with the following error.
The feature is not available.
Additional info:
Error code 1
Module: 408
LineInfo: 9418a040040a4e87
Fields:
Message: The Feature is not available

Please advise what does this mean?

1) When restoring to virtual machine, you should use, instead of drivers for host machine, but drivers for hyper-v guest hardware. They are located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Acronis\UniversalRestore\DriversPack\MSSCSI
2) "Feature is not available" appears if there is no required license. In case of bootable media it may happen if it was created without license , with possibility to recover from Acronis online storage only, or (not sure about this one) it was created without Universal Restore license, but during recovery you specified to use the UR. (I'd expect that option to use UR is not shown if there is no such license, but not sure) If you open the logs page -> events switch , there may be exact name of missing 'feature' in some error's details.

Thanks for the info.
Ahh I see yes the penny drops.
I created the ABR recovery boot disk from another version installation other than the one on the target recovery volume from which the backup was created.
That would make sense. Without thinking I created a boot disc from my system which has the NFR licenses and I am recovering a backup created using ABR 11 Advanced SBS Edition with Universal Restore.
All I need to do is create a boot disc from that same machine.
I thought the boot disks were all the same but yes a licensing issue.
The error logs display applying AUR has failed.
Feature is disabled error code 0x640012 FeatureName = Feature_ABR_Disk_Restore
Thanks for the support and the info about the vm guest hardware.

Update.
Success.
I managed to restore the server image using the new recovery boot disc created.
All working fine.
In future I will remember to label all my recovery discs as it can save a lot of time and effort.
Thanks again for your assistance.
