Acronis loader too fast
I created a boot disk with True Image 2014 (no log capabilities) and tried it out. What happens is that it loads on reboot without mouse capability and gives you 8 seconds to choose options in order to use the software.
In 8 seconds I still can't do anything and it boots back to windows.
Please advise.

Thanks for your reply.
Can't figure out how to choose this time out nor what to do in order to activate my mouse during the 10 seconds I have before it reboots to windows.
Please advise.

Hunt around for it, or check the user manual. That's what I would have to do to answer your question, as I don't have the True Image Windows application in front of me.

Thanks,
I figured it out---the time delay was obvious and I just overlooked it, but once your in after using the boot disk I had a terrible time figuring out what to do after I chose my image to restore. I turns out that a right click brings the options and one of those is restore.
Not very user friendly. Macrium Reflect is kinder with the user.

In the Rescue Media, you could go in a different order from what you did and choose "Restore" first, then browse for the .tib image". Either sequence works, but it sounds as if you'd prefer this sequence rather than what you did. Best to learn how a program can work before criticizing it for not doing something that it in fact does.
