Iam getting the following message when am installing an agent on ubuntu server.

Installation of the Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 packages has finished. The following problems occurred: Failed to register the installed agent on the management server.

Though the ubuntu server and management server are different subnets they are able to ping each other. Since routing is working fine.
Both Machines have their firewall disabled.
Anyone to help to have the ubuntu server registered on the management server

Try $ nslookup your.management.server.domain.name. It must return the management server IP address, i.e. the name must be resolvable on the agent side. If this is not true, adding the management server to /etc/hosts may help. In any case, you can connect to the management server, click Add machine and register the agent on the server side.
