Invalid internal API Usage???
Trying to backup files and I get a "Synchronization has failed" message with the following event details:
Failed to copy changes of synced data from Acronis Cloud to ROHAN: Invalid internal API usage. Probably the stream is corrupted or archive options are incorrect. The sync will be restarted automatically later.

actually you have a different issue, since you are getting the error message while starting Nonstop Backup.
Your query will be surely answered in a timely manner. In terms of our support policy the important point is the date, when the request is submitted; even if the investigation will last a relative long time, case won't be closed before you confirm the solution.

What is the resolution to this problem? I started getting this same message in my Cloud Backup job on Acronis True Image 2013.
