STILL no wireless keyboard support
Hello Acronis,
I upgraded to TI 2013 today, and created bootable media with it after installation. The TI 2013 bootable media still does NOT incorporate the wireless keyboard fix (WHY???), and the KB with the fixes does not include a fix for TI 2013:
http://kb.acronis.com/content/1541
Please provide a link to a fix.
Which brings up another question: Is there a difference between .tib backup files that were created with different versions of TI? Can I restore .tib files with a newer version of TI than they were created with? In other words, if I create an image with my TI 2010 CD (with wireless keyboard support), will TI 2013 be able to restore the .tib backup file?
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

I have always used Acronis True Image and recently bought 2013 version but very unhappy with the fact that I have to use a ISO to do a system image. I would like to make a USB disk and cannot. Why can't you guys release build 6528 so that we can make a bootable USB. I don't understand. I am having the problem with my usb logitech mice. Anyway look into this.

Yeah, we'll get right on that.
There are many free tools that can easily make a bootable USB flash drive out of an ISO. Google would have found many for you. Here are two recommended on this forum:
If you don't like those, there are plenty of others.

tuttle,
Creating a product is all about respecting user's time. And time and time again, I'm finding Acronis simply does not respect my time. After PAYING yet again for another upgrade, I find (after burning time doing the reboot dance), that Acronis still has not upgraded their product to enable burning of boot media with wireless keyboard support. So I have to spend MORE of my time to come download and ISO, burn the ISO, etc. etc. more time wasted on something that should be 30 minutes of a developer's time to fix in the software.
So I lookup this thread again, because I have the same question that Michael Williams above had. How do I create a bootable USB? Again, I wasted MORE time because I created one, and duh it doesn't support my wireless keyboard and mouse. So I see there is another futzy answer, gotta go get yet another tool to make something that should work out-of-the-box, work for me in a kludgy way, burning up yet more of my time.
No more of my money for Acronis.

Alright tuttle,
I downloaded ATIH2013_en-US.iso from Acronis "My Products and Downloads". Results are as follows:
rufus_v1.3.4.exe returns:
---------------------------
Unsupported ISO
---------------------------
This version of Rufus only supports bootable ISOs
based on bootmgr/WinPE, isolinux or EFI.
This ISO doesn't appear to use either...
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
ISO to USB returns:
---------------------------
Error
---------------------------
Can not read info from ISO file.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
Any other suggestions?
