How to update ?

I installed a trial a few weeks ago of Backup & Recovery 11.5 Advanced server SBS. Today, I purchased a license key. Now, the program tells me there is an update available. It tells me to log in to my Acronis account for the update.
But all the update files for Backup & Recovery are greyed out, and it says "log in for updates" even if i am logged in. If I press that link, I am taken to all my personal purchases from acronis with full install and web install.
So there is no update file, I have to do a new full install?
When I tried and downloaded the web installer, it said that my product language does not match British English. When I downloaded the trial from Acronis.eu, it said that I did not need to reinstall. But how to install a new full version if there is no update and if the installer says the language is not British English even if the program is in English. I don't understand....
