Which version of Windows?

If you have not created a good and complete backup yet, boot from the TI CD and perform the backup from the CD.

For your problem, I would use the TI cleanup utility (link below) and follow its written instructions.

After cleanup, reinstall again.

If problem continues, if within the 30 days of purchase, contact Aconis support via support ticket.

I'm using Windows 7 64 Bit. I am not doing a full backup as my PC is mostly games and I only want to image the files of my documents, pictures, videos, etc that take up about 200 gigs of raw space and make a 30 gig backup (don't worry I have multiple copies of the OS if anything goes down). I have not used the cleanup but I have fully uninstalled, rebooted, CCcleaned, rebooted, and redownloaded and installed; yet, I still have the same problem.

It appears that TrueImage is not properly installed. I would try the cleanup. CCleaner will not do the job for this.

Are these tasks you set up with 2014 or older tasks? If older tasks, do you have the same problem with newer tasks? Any chance you modified the access rights of the defaults Windows directories?
