My mouse (USB or Serial) NOT work with Acronis True Image 2014 running from USB Bootable Pendrive.

I try to change "Legacy support" on BIOS settings PC, but still not work.

With old versione of Acronis True Image the mouse USB or Serial working fine!!!

Can you help me?

Have very same problem, same as hundreds of other users. Acronis hardly answering questions in this forum and tech.supp do not reply to any mail. USUALLY) A few classes in MARKETING can help those guys, but looks like they do not care for YEARS. Have one advice: CONSUMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. That's FIRST rule in ANY business.
