Thinking of going from TI 11 to 2010. Is there a BatrPE plugin for 2010?

Thread needs solution

I am running XP pro SP3 on a Dell XPS 630i and have been using ATI 11.8101 only to make images of my system drive (3 partitions including 2 Dell partitions and the System partition) from time to time (no scheduled task). I store these on my second internal hard drive. I don't use any of the other features (my data are on the second hard drive and backed up to an external hard drive using Synctoy). The images validate in Windows and with the recovery CD as well as with the BartPE CD with the TI 11 plugin. So far I haven't had any need to restore (my system is stable), but assume that would work OK.

Amazon UK is this week offering TI 2010 at half price (£19.97, boxed), and I wonder whether it is worth upgrading to that, given that I do not intend to go to Win 7 in the near future.

Your advice welcome. Also, a specific question: Is there a BartPE plugin for TI 2010?

If ver 11 is working and you have no plans for going to Win 7 then I wouldn't go to 2010 just yet. Have you read of the problems other users are running into with 2010? There is a BartPE plugin for 2010, but it has to be downloaded seperately. It no longer comes with the main install file for True Image.
