Failed backup, but calendar says backup successful...???

Hello,

I have a problem with Acronis True Image 9. The calendar is saying Successful backup, however the log is saying otherwise.

Why would this be ?. Please find log file and screenshot attached. This has occurred on 17th/18th and 23rd November. Last successful backup on 13th.

It seems to report errors when there are none and success when that is not the case.

I am using build version 9770.

Let me assist you with this situation.

Yes, it's obvious that we're facing some product glitch, since all error messages must be displayed in red. Furthermore, they must change the calendar to red.

In this particular situation is caused by destination drive, which became inaccessible during the backup process.

Since we have fixed some issues from the build you're using, please make sure you use the latest build (9809), which is available here. To get access to updates you should first register Acronis software.

After that, please recreate all tasks and check whether the issue persists. If it does, please collect the operations log (in the same way) and attach it to your answer in this thread.
