Online backup is using up my 250GB too fast due to duplicating drives
My ATIH 2013 online backup shows I have used over 200GB of the 250GB allowance even though the combined size of all the files I have selected is less than 100GB. It looks like ATIH is storing duplicate copies of one drive and 3 identical versions of another (see screen shot). Can any one help me stop this? More info follows.
I have used ATIH online backup for nearly 2 years. For some time I have noticed that when I go to the Acronis Cloud there are 2 sets of my H-drive and 3 sets of my F-drive listed (see attached screen shot). Both versions are identical. And if I delete a file from one set, the same file disappears from the other.
The Cloud tells me have used over 200GB of the 250GB limit so I compared this to the total size of all the files I had selected for back up which came to 98GB. I have checked to see how much space would be released by deleting any earlier versions of a file (i.e. where ATIH has kept the earlier versions on the Cloud) but this only came to around 17GB - not enough to explain the difference. My H-drive files account for around 94GB of the total backup so if ATIH has stored an identical duplicate of this drive this would pretty well explain the discrepancy in storage size.
My question is "How can I stop this duplication of H-drive on the Cloud server?" Can anyone help?

Final update.
Acronis Support returned my online back up to where it was before the problem arose. This was some 10 months previously. Since then I have been re-loading the files that I had backed up or which had changed during that period. I now no longer have any duplicated drives and have recovered around 100GB of storage space as a result.
Hope this story may be of use to someone else.
