Chat Support Issues

Thread needs solution

There is a problem with the outsourced chat support process. Requesting support for the same problem with three separate chat support techs resulted in each of the three being unfamiliar with the basic product. Further, they were unable to verify the download links provided (all three were evidently wrong) and unfamiliar with the download (and the serial number requirement).

I suggest some other avenue be pursued when attempting to resolve even the most basic technical issues.

I reviewed your chats with our support professionals and see that that link given to you was actually correct and the installation shouldn't require any additional serial number. If the installer asks for license key, it might indicate that some rests of previous installations were not removed from system.
