Is Seagate Manager necessary if I've upgraded to True image 2011 on my Seagate Free Agent "Go"?

Thread needs solution

I installed Seagate Manager when I bought the Seagate Free Agent "Go" drive. The software truely stank in comparison with the upgrade software for my antique One Touch, so I opted to upgrade through Seagate to the Acronis True Image 2010 Home software, now upgraded to 2011.

Should I de-install the Seagate Manager Software? I have a feeling that the Seagate software is still trying to operate

From the experience of numerous users, it is better to consider different versions as different pieces of software. Uninstall first, reboot and install the next version.

Installing Seagate DiskWizard with Arconis True Image 2010 already installed.

When I try to install the Seagate DiskWizrd to use the Seagate 3 TB Backup Plus drive I get an error message:
Arconis Nonstop Backup Servic eUsing Same Files OK to replace.

Does anyone know if Seagate Disk Wizard (dated : 8/3/2010 2:11:36 PM ) is compatible with Arconis True Image 2010. Ie. can they coexist after I
install the Seagate Disk Wizard. Also are my previous Arconis True Image 2010 backups accesssable from Disk Wizard if they are not compatible?

Thanks
